В гражданския процес съществува възможност всяка от страните да приврече за свой помощник трето лице помагач, в повечето случаи това е лице/дружество, от което зависи изхода на делото в някаква степен (например - държи документи важни за делото)...
Нямам представа кой е превеждал Гражданския процесуален кодекс на английски, но в него терминът "трето лице помагач" е предевен като "third assisting person" ... което на мен не ми звучи съвсем добре...
Не открих и не знам дали има специален термин в юридическия английски, затова си позволих да попитам.
