اتساقا مع هذا الأصل جاء الخطاب الشرعي موحدا يتناول كلا من الرجل والمرأة في سائر الأمور التي يتساوياني فيها كالتكليف بالأوامر والنواهي, وفي الحلال والحرام والثواب والعقاب, وفي الحقوق والواجبات الإنسانية العامة وفي الكرامة البشرية كما جاء هذا الخطاب خاصا بكل منهما في الأمور الخاصة به.
اتساقا مع هذا الأصل جاء الخطاب الشرعي موحدا يتناول كلا من الرجل والمرأة في سائر الأمور التي يتساوياني فيها كالتكليف بالأوامر والنواهي, وفي الحلال والحرام والثواب والعقاب, وفي الحقوق والواجبات الإنسانية العامة وفي الكرامة البشرية كما جاء هذا الخطاب خاصا بكل منهما في الأمور الخاصة به.

: why designation?? in arabic designation is تعيين exactly this is a letter to appoint an ambassador it has nothing to do with religious duties.
