Arabic to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) MARRIAGE
Hello,

In this fragment of a Moroccan Marriage Certificate, there is an abbreviation that I cannot figure out. It goes as follows:

My question is what ش means here.

Thank you very much in advance!!!

Thank you very much, Ahmed. I would like to ask you a question. Whose testimony you think it is? It should be the عدل testimony, right?
Thank you very much, Ahmed.
Thank you very much, Said.
Peer comment(s):

agree Said Abouharia : The abbreviation in this context is a little bit ambiguous. However, Mr. Alami's suggestion is correct. For more details, please read the explanation provided here, http://www.alfaseeh.com/vb/archive/index.php/t-15453.html

Peer comment(s):

disagree Ahmed Alami : this is not how it works in Morocco..No need for witnesses to contract marriage in Morocco. See Article 13: http://ar.jurispedia.org/index.php/مدونة_الأسرة_(ma)
