On trying to look very closely at the meaninig of this sentence , I found,from my own point of view,that the word acquisition could be suitable , as acquire is to have something after you have checked it,which is close in meaninig that the consultant will not acquire the site unless it has been checked throughly which serves our meaning here in this sentence, thanks
