I'm translating a text for an online auction company specialising in agricultural machinery, public works equipment, HGVs, coaches and buses, among other things. But this phrase is part of a heading: 'Bloc contacts VS/Ventes à enjeux' and I don't understand (and have been unable to find out) what any of this means! The only text following it (other than a couple of phone numbers) reads: 'Nos conseillers experts sont à votre disposition pour vous renseigner sur les spécificités techniques des véhicules ainsi que sur les modalités de vente et de livraison.'

Also, although you didn't ask about this expression, it looks to me like "bloc contacts" may mean the kind of datasets of people's and companies' contact data which are traded these days. But I'm not sure.
Wholesale contacts for special vehicles / high-value sales

You haven't specifically asked about VS, but the V probably stands for ventes or véhicules.
