I advised you that it was a weighing up exercise and that, in the circumstances of your case, keeping in mind your latest instructions to me during our meeting on 26 August 2022, it appeared that the risk had fallen and not making an application to the court at this time concerning arrangements for the children was the correct course of action for all of the reasons as set out above.
