you're not cool when you're hungry
I don't feel Emily's answer fully explains the meaning.
Being smooth isn't just about making something look easy. It basically means the same as "cool", but with slightly negative undertones. The old James Bond was smooth: as witty and fearless as he was, he was also a ladies' man, and sometimes he could grate on you.
Smooth
Excessively and often artfully suave: ingratiating.
a smooth operator

So the brand is partly poking fun at itself here.
The other important point is that "smooth" is also a reference to the texture of the Snickers bar.
Good luck translating that into Arabic!

to make a hard skill look easy
https://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=smooth
"used when someone does something of skill and makes it look easy"
"meaning a hard skill made to look easy"
The guy in the video failed to look "smooth" as he ripped his jeans.

You are edgy when you are hungry.
You are tense, irritable, not easygoing, anxious, nervous, troubled, upset, worried.
Not all of the above, of course. It may depend on the context which one to use.
Smooth and edgy fit each other nicely in the opposite sense.

Otherwise being hungry would improve your sunny disposition?
