{1}Most important part of all, is that feedback {2}supports {/2}learning and development of your team.  The information should contain something they can learn from, use to grow, change to prevent them being held back. If you ever find yourself about to deliver some feedback that doesn’t do this, than ask yourself - {3}Why you are sharing it? What’s the purpose? What will they gain from it?{/3}{/1}
