A discount of 10% shall also apply to any ad hoc items which are called-off by the COMPANY from the CONTRACTOR’s GLOBAL or REGIONAL PRICE BOOK (whichever is applicable/appropriate; in the case of different rates for the same item in either PRICE BOOK the lower of the two rates shall apply), as submitted at time of tender and attached as Appendix III - 4, applicable at the moment of CONTRACT award, which shall be deemed to form part of the CONTRACT, although not incorporated herein. Notwithstanding any terms and conditions contained within such GLOBAL or REGIONAL PRICE BOOK the terms and conditions of the CONTRACT shall apply to the use of this GLOBAL or REGIONAL PRICE BOOK and any items called-off from it. Use of services from this GLOBAL or REGIONAL PRICE BOOK shall not be considered a VARIATION to the CONTRACT.

подозреваю, что речь идет о call-off/blanket orders, то есть заказах, по которым предполагается несколько поставок в течение определенного периода (например, для организации регулярной поставки материалов для производства). в русском что-то подобное есть под названием "общий заказ"
