Dear Azerbaijani Colleagues,
I have a missing phrase in a document and I still not received a reply from the translator sso there is no other option because I need it ASAP
if "Qeydiyyat tarixi" - date of registration,
can be "dəyişdirmə tarixi" right for "date of modification"?
I think, until we finish this project, I will speak Azerbaijani myself :)))

Although your version "dəyişdirmə tarixi" is correct too, "dəyişiklik tarixi" would be a better choice I think
