Siniestro determinado-accidental y previsible

Buenas tardes, estoy traduciendo un informe acerca de un incendio ocurrido en un buque pesquero. El buque estaba asegurado. Se hicieron las pericias correspondientes y se determinó lo siguiente ..."catalogaríamos al siniestro de determinado-accidental y previsible, descartándose toda posibilidad de dolo". En Argentina aparece seguido en todas las compañías de seguros en el área "Cascos". Sin embargo, no sé cuál sería la mejor manera de traducirlo al inglés.

Preventable unintentional event with known causes

In the link below, on page 4, you can see the definitions of the different classifications. "Accidental" is differentiated from "Intencional". I suggest "unintentional event", because "accident" has a specific meaning in Insurance law.

In the same link, "Previsible" is defined as "Cuando la comprobación efectuada permita aseverar que la causa determinante se debió a
un hecho que pudo ser previsto o evitado." I suggest "preventable" instead of "foreseeable".
