It says who is going to be investigator, how much time it will take, if the investigator needs some help (like nurses or PA), who promotes the trial, who sponsorizes the trial, who is going to pay for the medical staff that is going to be involved, etc....

Thanks cc in nyc. I think these can be agreements between service providers other than hospitals. I went for the snappy option maybe at the expense of accuracy. See link I've added.

: From what i understood it is about clinical trial, not a medical service.... "Clinical trial agreement" IS a contract there is no doubt about that when you read one.

I see it as a service level agreement between two organisations (relating to clinical trials). But "contract" is probably better!
