Having gotten more of the context, I'd change PANEL PODŁOGOWY to PANEL GRZEWCZY. I'd stay to the translation of an incident as PRÓBA, ZDARZENIE KONTROLOWANE.
Therefore, PRÓBA (PRZY POMOCY) PANELU GRZEWCZEGO/ZDARZENIE KONTROLOWANE NA PANELU GRZEWCZYM

Czy teraz zdanie i wpis w glosariuszu (nikt nie zmieniał ani pytania, ani odpowiedzi) są zrozumiałe?
Panele grzewcze służą do ogrzewania pomieszczeń, a nie testów. Tu zapewne chodzi o promiennik:
