• Качество Товара обязательным требованиям к качеству и безопасности Товара, установленным законодательством РФ, а так же представленным сертификатам качества и соответствия;
• Срок годности Товара, представляющего собой продукты питания, должен истечь не более, чем на 25% на момент доставки Товара на склад Покупателя.
• Продавец обязан информировать Покупателя об условиях хранения, перевозки и перегрузки Товара, которые могут отрицательно повлиять на качество и безопасность поставляемого Товара. 8.1. The Seller guarantees that:
• Quality of the Goods is in accordance with the mandatory requirements of the Russian legislation, presented certificates of quality and certificates of conformity;
• Valid period of the Goods which are food products have to be no less then 75 per cent at the date of Goods delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse. The Goods, which valid period is less then 75% are considered as Goods of improper quality.
• The Seller must to inform the Buyer regarding conditions of storage, transportation and transhipment that may make a negative influence for quality and safety of the Goods. The Seller is liable for all the damage to the Goods appeared in connection with non – presentation of such information.
