I really enjoyed reading this article, which provides a very straightforward guide to freelancing. Some of the tips can equally be applied to inhouse translation.

Thank you for writing this article. I'm new here on proz.com, but I've been working as freelance translator (Eng>Ita and Ger>Ita) since 2 years. However, reading some basic knowledge about our job is always really good.
