Sözlüklerde hep "registered mail" diye geçiyor ama United States Postal Service'in sitesinden gördüğüm kadarıyla bu tam karşılamıyor "delivery confirmation" diye ayrı bir hizmetleri var.

REGISTERED ITEMS :

Registered item is a type of postal item for which extra registration charge is paid in addition to normal postage charge, as specified in the Tariff of Post and Telegraph, registered from acceptance to the time of delivery. Compensation for the amount as specified in the Postal Law is to be paid to the sender when item is lost.
Items with Advice of Delivery:
Notification of advice of delivery accompanied to the registered item is to be signed by the addressee when delivered and it is sent back to the sender; which indicates to whom the item is delivered.
