You could perhaps say "In case of inhalation or sucking in...", but it seems maybe a bit over-wordy.
The use of 'sucking' in terms of translating 'aspiraçao' is something that could be mis-translated as a type of mechanical or artificial sucking. Like a vacuum cleaner!
