High flow-arrival (rate) of customers
We would not really say "intensities". The customer queue system is often spoken about in terms of "flow". "arrivals of customers" is a bit clumsy, I would say "flow arrivals", or even "arrival rate" if customers are understood to be the subject.
Example sentence:
"We therefore expect a HIGH FLOW-ARRIVAL RATE to have a negative impact on performance."
"Queues can be linked together to form a network of queues which reflect the FLOW of customers through a number of different service stations."
