@Michael As far as I can see, 'bezettingsgraad' always has the meaning of 'occupancy rate' in this specific context (i.e. real estate funds). It is a relevant indicator for real estate investors, see f.i. http://www.investopedia.com/terms/o/occupancy-rate.asp.

yes, I was wondering whether ... "bezettingsgraad" relates to the actual property (as per your answer), or whether it is some kind of investment term/concept, relating to the funds themselves. not really my cup of tea this stuff, but a person has to eat.
