I'm not sure on what C-tax really means. In legacy TM I have it translated as "imposto corporativo", but it doesn't seem right.

: Não creio que seja uma referência ao "Schedule C", que se traduz como "Anexo C". O C de "C-tax" quer dizer "corporation", que pode ser traduzido como "sociedade; pessoa jurídica; empresa" (M. M. de Castro). O texto não diz que é uma empresa "individual".

For the simple fact that this sounds like an online service provider and the only tax I can think of that would be charged with a purchase is VAT (IVA). C Tax would probably mean Council Tax in the UK, which doesn't make sense there. I would probably go back to the client and confirm what they mean with that (might be a thing from a particular country), but again, I believe VAT is the only tax that could be charged there.
