SCOPE OF THIS MOU
The Parties intend to develop a partnership model for offshore wind farm XXX (see also Attachment 1) to provide jointly the full BoP proposition to the customer.
The full service proposition has the objective to save costs for the clients and to use the cost saving potential by having the suitable economy of scale and effective way of combining tasks.
The Master Agreement shall determine the above mentioned and include in particular the following (see also Attachment 2 – Scope Split Matrix):
