I have never heard partecipazioni "accessorie" before, although I've done many of these.
Searching the exact term in Google, however, I came across a clarification in a doc posted by the Camera dei deputati of what "partecipazioni accessorie" are (SEE BELOW), but I have not been able to pinpoint the English equivalent. Please help!

I found a similar or identical document online, and the last paragraph of the article is about additional contributions by shareholders. I don't know if that is the case with your text.
Either way, I'd have thought a literal translation, additional participations, works fine.

Discussion
Thank you for the additional info, but I'm quite clear on what a partecipazione is. The issue is with "accessorie". I, too, actually have "ancillary" in there as a placeholder. Perhaps I will try and get some clarification from the client tomorrow.
