En el contexto de la lista de distintos análisis que se está traduciendo, "T.B. Dot" se refiere a un análisis de detección de tuberculosis utilizado en Asia, llamado así por la formación de un punto rojo en papel con reactivos. No creo que tenga traducción aceptada al español ("Test del Punto para TB"?).

En otros contextos, "TB DOT" o "TB DOTS" se refiere al conocido método de tratamiento de la tuberculosis indicado por Liz en las referencias aportadas. Pero no veo cómo pueda insertarse en el listado de análisis que se está traduciendo (y especialmente cuando existe un análisis llamado "TB Dot").

Si hay forma, conviene añadir una nota del traductor aclarando el tema.
