At convocation date attendees can request to participate. These requests will go into a pending state until record date.

Convocation: Convocation date is very beligium specific but its that date, usually 30 days before the meeting date, at which a company would allow participants to request to attend or submit a proxy vote etc.

Record date, usually 7 days before the meeting date, is when our SRD ii request is returned from the banks. Essentially it’s the date at which we can authenticate the people who have submitted a request.
