RESUMEN DE HISTORIA ONCOLÓGICA:
Diagnosticada en Noviembre de 2015 de Xantoastrocitoma pleomórfico grado II con BRAF-V600 negativo, localizado en tálamo derecho.
-RMN cerebral (23/11/2015).
Centrado en tálamo derecho se delimita lesión expansiva sólida con marcado efecto de masa sobre el III ventrículo y el acueducto de Silvio.
Muestra discreta hiperseñal T2-FLAIR algún foco quístico en su seno no delimitando focos de sangre o calcio.
In this context, I have: Presents a slight T2/FLAIR hypersignal, with some cystic focus in its nondelimited core, foci of blood or calcium.
Does core seem correct here?
