English term

(2018) Holiday Gift

English to Portuguese Social Sciences Human Resources Christmas bonus
This is just the subject / header in an email message to employees of a company, letting them know that they will be receiving a "gift" (bonus)

The message goes on to say:

As a special token of our appreciation at this holiday time, and to thank you for your valuable contribution.....

Bónus de Natal

Hi,

in this context, I believe this is some sort of Christmas holiday Bonus, similar to our "subsídio de Natal" in Portugal.

Ora essa! =) Também seria interessante optar pelo termo "bonificação", uma vez que inclui o significado e o sentido do referido "bónus".
Note from asker:
Muito obrigada, Rita, mas optei por uma solução diferente: gratificação.
