"köpeskilling" has always posed a problem for me as it is often selling or buying price in translations etc.

The problem though is that in many situations like shares or currency, the selling and buying price are not the same.

So how do I translate

Maximal ***tilläggsköpeskilling*** kan uppgå till 25 MSEK

for shares in this case?
