irgendetwas am source sagt mir, dass es nicht unbedingt nur um zinsen geht... hier scheint mir eines von diesen (bei banken) beliebten komplexen geschäften angesprochen zu sein. wenn der kunde vorher rauswill, werden die komponenten zum aktuellen marktwert (mark to market) verkauft, und dabei kann halt weniger rauskommen als wenn man durchhält

break costs sind Zinsauflösungskosten, Bsp. 1Jahr gebundenes Sparbuch vorzeitig nach 2 Monaten aufgelöst- es fallen Zinsauflösungskosten an.

Das IST eine Koneventionalstrafe, heißt aber eben Zinsauflösungskosten.
