Company’s refusal to register
The Board may refuse to register any transfer of Shares if it is not authorised by this Constitution or the Shareholders’ Deed.
[1}Notice must be given to the transferee within two months after the date on which the transfer was lodged if the Board refuses to register a transfer of any {2]Share.

Subject to this Constitution, the Board may suspend the registration of transfers at the times and for the period of time it determines.
A period of suspension of registration must not exceed 30 days in any calendar year.

Instruments of transfer in respect of transfers that are registered may be retained by the Company for such period of time as the Board may determine.
