Italian term or phrase: somma sequestrata

Non essendo stato pattuito nell'atto reiterativo un termine fisso di pagamento e non essendo stata inviata una diffida a XXXXX, la somma sequestrata non è scaduta ("fällig”). Già per questo motivo il sequestro deve essere annullato.

Der Hausverstand würde "beschlagnahmter Betrag" sagen, aber in der Schweiz läuft anscheinend alles unter "Arrest"...Arrestbetrag???

Ich würde "beschlagnahmter Betrag" nehmen. Kenne mich mit den Gesetzen in der Schweiz zwar nicht aus, aber unter "Arrestbetrag" habe ich keine Referenzen gefunden.
