I'll be honest. This report has no punctuation and is wirttent mostly in abbreviation so my brain must be fried. :-) I am not sure what EST konk. is referring to. I was reading here: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Konkordanz_(Medizin) and thought maybe EST might have something to do with the ST segment, or STEMI, but I am pretty lost.

In cardiac diagnosis, the ECG results may have to be supplemented by other diagnostic method such as stress test (treadmill), Echo, EBT or catheterization producing cardiac images which give more information about the condition of the heart if invasive or non-invasive treatment must be performed.
